Key Account Manager

Job Description

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets and grow the customer base.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and networking.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.

  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales projections.

  • Collaborate with third-party hardware vendors to facilitate procurement of necessary equipment and services required to close deals.

  • Create marketing materials, proposal documents, and contract agreements. 

  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, or Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related major.
  • Over 5 years of experience as a Senior Sales Executive or in a similar role in the software industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in English language.
  • Familiarity with Finance Solution (Core Banking, Loan Origination, ERP software) Plus.
